Half of October passed. We started out with an incredible bang, showing record sales at several locations, which charged up our employees with a shot of enthusiasm for all the money they were soon going to be making. Then things went south quick.
As we sorted through the wreckage, we both confronted the possibility of declaring bankruptcy. This was the lowest point of my life, in a life with a lot of low points already. Can you believe I was about to discover in this mess of problems that God’s providence was around me every day.
