Crazy Branding

According to this Vice President of Brand Merchandising, it was better to come up with a completely novel, nonsensical brand name which explained nothing about the product but which stuck in the consumer’s head like a catchy melody....

Boring Branding

...than to string together arbitrary letters and numbers, or worse yet, name it something completely boring that explained everything and left nothing to the imagination or to memory.

Weak Branding

Other brands were singled out as being weak were those companies that did not have a logo outside of their name.
